Xu Bingyong, Senior Partner and Executive Committee Member at Guoyao Qindao Law Firm. Graduated in 2004 from Shandong University Law School, Xu is a member of the Tenth Committee of Public Legal Services and Social Responsibility under the Shandong Lawyers Association and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee.
