In 2017, successfully litigated a flower copyright case for Zhang vs. Han, celebrated as China’s first flower copyright case. The case attracted media attention after the second-instance ruling by Jinan Intermediate People’s Court and was listed as one of the “Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases of 2016” by the court.
In April 2017 and May 2018, recognized as an "Outstanding Lawyer" by the Licheng District Bureau of Justice for two consecutive years.
In the 2017-2018 case, Lawyer Hu Hao represented a farmer from Jiaxiang, Mr. Kong, in a labor liability dispute assigned by the Jinan Legal Aid Center. Hu skillfully countered unfavorable evidence submitted by the opposing party, diligently handling the case over a year and seven months at the Xiawa court. This involved two judicial appraisals, four court sessions, and 12 long trips between Jinan, Zhanhua, and Xiawa. Through persistence across two harvest cycles in the local jujube-growing region, Hu secured a first-instance victory, with the building materials factory ordered to compensate Mr. Kong 1,074,357.75 yuan. The case was ultimately settled in mediation in the second instance, and Hu assisted Mr. Kong in applying for judicial aid, ensuring maximum benefit for the client. The "Shandong Workers' Daily" highlighted the case on March 17, 2018, under the title, "She Rekindles Hope for Migrant Workers."
In May 2018, awarded “Advanced Individual in Legal Aid Work for 2017” by the Licheng District Bureau of Justice.
In 2018, authored case studies, "Zhang v. Han Copyright Infringement Dispute" and "Wanglou Coal Mine and Juncheng Coal Mine Merger Case," were successfully selected for inclusion in the "Judicial Administration (Legal Services) Case Library" on the China Legal Service Network (12348 China Law Network).
During practice, established the Jinglu Non-litigation Center, leading nearly a hundred non-litigation cases, including equity mergers, asset acquisitions, corporate bond issuance, and corporate mergers.
In 2020, as the lead for a state-owned enterprise's labor dispute litigation team, managed hundreds of cases, reversing the company's passive litigation stance and maintaining stable employee relations.
