2. SPDB Financial Loan Dispute: In a dispute involving financial loan contracts, where the Lixia Court initially held guarantor Mr. Lü liable, Bai represented Mr. Lü in the appeal. The Jinan Intermediate Court ultimately ruled that Mr. Lü was exempt from liability.
3. Personal Loan Guarantee Dispute with ABC Weifang Development Zone Branch: Attorney Bai represented ABC Weifang Development Zone Branch in a personal loan dispute, resulting in the Shandong High Court overturning the original judgments, ruling the guarantee invalid, and limiting ABC’s liability to supplementary compensation only.
