"Meng Qian, Senior Partner at Guoyao Qindao (Jinan) Law Firm, holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law and serves as an Independent Director. Since her practice began in February 1997, Meng has held multiple roles including Standing Director of the Jinan Bar Association, Deputy Director of the Administrative Affairs Committee, and Deputy Director of the Discipline Committee, among other specialized committee roles.
