Cheng Mowei, Senior Partner at Guoyao Qindao (Jinan) Law Firm, holds an MBA from Shandong University of Finance and Economics and an LL.B. from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

Currently, he serves as a legal expert in the Shandong Provincial Government Legal Expert Pool, a legal advisor for a specialized committee of the Shandong Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference, an arbitrator of the Jinan Arbitration Commission, a member of the Financial Committee of the Shandong Bar Association, and Deputy Director of the Financial Committee of the Jinan Bar Association. He has been honored with awards such as Model Party Member Lawyer by the Ministry of Justice and Top Ten Lawyers of Jinan City.

Mr. Cheng possesses a strong theoretical foundation and extensive practical experience in legal affairs related to risk prevention in higher education institutions, financial business, non-performing asset disposal, real estate project development, and corporate legal advisory services. Over the years, he has provided legal services to entities including Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Jinan Social Insurance Center, Weihai City Commercial Bank Jinan Branch, Shandong Steel Financial Holding Co., Ltd., Jinan Guida Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Jinan Rongrun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
