Zhou Aisheng, Senior Partner at Guoyao Qindao (Jinan) Law Firm, holds dual bachelor’s degrees from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master’s degree in Law from Shandong University. He is a Level Four National Lawyer.

Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the firm’s Professional Guidance Committee.

Before joining the legal profession, Mr. Zhou worked in civil and commercial adjudication at the court for over 20 years, handling more than 4,000 cases. He specializes in construction engineering and real estate cases, as well as complex retrial cases. He has conducted in-depth research and possesses extensive experience in legal services for major infrastructure projects, large-scale real estate development, and risk prevention in commercial property operations.
